all.u.me's Privacy Notice applies to the use of the all.u.me App. Please read our Privacy Notice carefully to get a clear understanding of how we collect, store, use, protect and otherwise handle your personally identifiable information when using the all.u.me App.
all.u.me is committed to protecting your privacy. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy. all.u.me is to be considered the data controller in terms of the GDPR regulation.
Your consent
We’ve created our Privacy Notice to provide you with complete transparency into what is being set when you onboard our App and how it’s being used. By using our app, you hereby consent to our Privacy Notice and agree to its terms.
When accessing or using our App you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to our registration, processing, sharing, and storage, of your personal information as described in this Privacy Notice and our Terms.
What information do we collect and register?
When registering on this App you will be asked to enter your name, phone number, and optional other personal details to improve the performance and your experience of the app. The information is collected when you onboard or update information on the App.
In order to make full use of the services on the App you are requested to give the following app permissions: Location, notifications, camera, and photo gallery, and if you have a jewelry, Bluetooth permission.
Furthermore, we collect and register information regarding the model of your phone, the version of the App, and the version of your operating system, as well as your activity in the App being the number of calls you have participated in.
If you place an order for an all.u.me device through our App we will register, and process relevant information about you for us to package and send the device to you (name, address, e-mail, and payment information (credit card, etc.) as well as comply with existing consumer regulation.
If you own and use an all.u.me jewelry, the jewelry does not store personal information about you, and we only collect the all.u.me jewelry device ID as well as any battery information of the all.u.me jewelry.
How do we process the information we collect?
Any of the information we register and collect from you/your phone may be used in one of the following ways:
- To improve your experience of the App and App functionality, including connecting App callers with App backups.
- To improve and personalize your experience as your information helps us to better respond to your individual needs.
- To ship a all.u.me device if ordered through the App.
When does all.u.me use user information from third parties?
all.u.me will collect user data necessary to provide the all.u.me services to you. We use GPS location from your phone and Google Maps, as well as a verification code service during onboarding.
Do we share the information we collect, register and process with third parties?
As a core part of the App functionality the information that we collect from you, both personal and non-personal, is shared with other App users, to connect you during a call. By using the app, you agree to share your information (name, location, and photo (only age and gender if provided). Your phone number is never shared with other App users.
We do not share your personal information with third parties such as advertisers, contest sponsors, or promotional and marketing partners.
We may engage trusted third-party service providers to perform functions and provide services to us, such as hosting and maintaining our servers and the app, database storage and management, storage marketing, credit card processing, customer service, and fulfilling orders for products and services you may purchase through the app. We will likely share your personal information, and possibly some non-personal information, with these third parties to enable them to perform these services for us and for you.
We may share portions of our log file data, including current location, for analytics purposes with third parties such as Google Analytics, application developers, and ad networks. They may aggregate information about what you see on the app and then provide auditing, research, advertising, and reporting for us.
We may in very rare circumstances, and only if requested or required by law, also disclose personal information about you to law enforcement officials or private parties as we in our sole discretion, believe is necessary or appropriate in order to protect the safety of any person or to prevent or stop any illegal, unethical, or legally actionable activity, or to otherwise comply with applicable court orders, laws, rules, and regulations.
Tracking Technologies
Google Maps API is a robust tool that can be used to create a custom map, a searchable map, check-in functions, display live data synching with location, plan routes, or create a mashup just to name a few.
Google Maps API may collect information from you and from your Phone for security purposes. Google Maps API collects information that is held in accordance with its Privacy Notice.
Log Data
We want to inform you that whenever you use our App, in a case of an error in the App we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
Local Storage
Local Storage sometimes known as DOM storage provides web apps with methods and protocols for storing client-side data. Web storage supports persistent data storage, similar to cookies but with a greatly enhanced capacity and no information stored in the HTTP request header.
Although we do the utmost to collect and safeguard personal data, you acknowledge and agree that internet transmissions are never completely private or secure. You understand that any message or information you send to the App may be read or intercepted by others, even if there is a special notice that a particular transmission is encrypted. We’re unable to guarantee the security and conditionality of the network link and data transmitted between yourself and this App.
Where and when is information collected from users?
all.u.me will collect the personal information that you submit to us. We may also receive personal information about you from third parties as described above.
How long do we keep your information?
We keep your information only as long as we need it to provide the all.u.me App experience to you and fulfill the purposes described in this policy.
This is also the case for anyone that we share your information with and who carries out services on our behalf. When we no longer need to use your information and there is no need for us to keep it to comply with our legal or regulatory obligations, we’ll either remove it from our systems or depersonalize it so that we can’t identify you, in any case no later than 2 years after your last use of the App.
How do we protect your information and keep it safe?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you enter, submit, or access your personal information.
We have physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to help safeguard, prevent unauthorized access, maintain data security, and correctly use your information.
We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
However, neither people nor security systems are foolproof, including encryption systems. In addition, people can commit intentional crimes, make mistakes or fail to follow policies.
Therefore, while we use reasonable efforts to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
We cannot, however, ensure or warrant the absolute security of any information you transmit to all.u.me or guarantee that your information on the Service may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by a breach of any of our physical, technical, or managerial safeguards.
Could my information be transferred to other countries?
all.u.me is incorporated in Denmark. Information collected via our App, through direct interactions with you, or from the use of our help services may be transferred from time to time to our offices or personnel, or to third parties, located throughout the EU, that also have laws of general applicability regulating the use and transfer of such data. To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, by using any of the above, you voluntarily consent to the trans-border transfer and hosting of such information.
Can I update or correct my profile?
Name, photo, year of birth, and gender can all be updated or changed by you in the App. Tracking/notification/bluetooth permission can be updated or changed by you in the general settings of your phone.
Your phone number cannot be changed or updated unless you contact us directly, contact info is below.
You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your unique profile information at all times, by using a password, face ID, or similar on your phone.
You can at any time delete the personally identifiable information maintained about you on our systems (subject to the following paragraph), by deleting your profile.
Any updates, corrections, changes, and deletions will have no effect on other information that we maintain or information that we have provided to third parties in accordance with this Privacy Notice prior to such update, correction, change, or deletion.
You should be aware that it is not technologically possible to remove each and every record of the information you have provided to us from our system. The need to back up our systems to protect information from inadvertent loss means that a copy of your information may exist in a non-erasable form that will be difficult or impossible for us to locate. Promptly after receiving your request, all personal information stored in databases we actively use, and other readily searchable media will be updated, corrected, changed or deleted, as appropriate, as soon as and to the extent reasonably and technically practicable.
What if I want to delete my profile?
You can easily delete your profile in the App. If you have been part of a call recently, your profile deletion will be delayed until after the report deadline.
Please be aware that if you delete the profile in the App, you will not automatically delete all other information the App has collected and stored about you, or that we have stored about you if you purchased a device.

Sale of Business
We reserve the right to transfer information to a third party in the event of a sale, merger, or other transfer of all or substantially all of the assets of all.u.me or any of its Corporate Affiliates (as defined herein), or that portion of all.u.me or any of its Corporate Affiliates to which the Service relates, or in the event that w discontinue our business or file a petition or has filed against us a petition in bankruptcy, reorganization or similar proceeding, provided that the third party agrees to adhere to the terms of this Privacy Notice.
Governing Law
This Privacy Notice and your use of the App is governed by the laws of Denmark without regard to its conflict of laws provision. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in connection with any action or dispute arising between the parties under or in connection with this Privacy Notice except for those individuals who may have the right to make claims under Privacy Shield or the Swiss-US framework.
By using the App or contacting us directly, you signify your acceptance of this Privacy Notice. If you do not agree to this Privacy Notice, you should not engage with the all.u.me App, or use our services. Continued use of the App, direct engagement with us, or following the posting of changes to this Privacy Notice that do not significantly affect the use or disclosure of your personal information will mean that you accept those changes.
Links to Other Apps
This Privacy Notice applies only to the App. The App contains links to all.u.mes’ TikTok, and Instagram profiles not operated or controlled by all.u.me. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or opinions expressed in such apps, and such apps are not investigated, monitored, or checked for accuracy or completeness by us.
Please remember that when you use a link to go from the Services to another app, our Privacy Notice is no longer in effect. Your browsing and interaction on any other app, including those that have a link on our platform, is subject to that app’s own rules and policies. Such third parties may use their own cookies or other methods to collect information about you.
Cookies
Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the webApps that you visit and are stored on your device’s internal memory.
This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third-party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services. You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies and know when a cookie is being sent to your device. If you choose to refuse our cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of this Service.
Kids’ Privacy
We do not address anyone under the age of 15. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 15. If You are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal data, please delete your child’s profile in the App. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from anyone under the age of 15 without verification of parental consent, we take steps quickly to remove that information from our servers.
Changes To Our Privacy Notice
We may change the App and terms, and we may need to make changes to this Privacy Notice so that they accurately reflect our App and terms. Unless otherwise required by law, we will notify you (for example, through our App) before we make changes to this Privacy Policy and give you an opportunity to review them before they go into effect. Then, if you continue to use the App, you will be bound by the updated Privacy Notice. If you do not want to agree to this or any updated Privacy Notice, you can delete your profile.
