ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow a few days to customize your jewelry. Expect an email within 2 days to let you know your order is on the way! 

STORE PICKUP

Orders can be picked up daily at Frederiksberg allé 42B st.tv, from 9-16, but only by appointment. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

SHIPPING

Denmark: We offer free shipping to a selectable pakkeshop for orders of more than 200 kr or free home delivery for orders of more than 750 kr.

Orders are generally shipped within 2 days using Bring or DAO, with a delivery time of 1-2 days.

There are flat-rate shipping fees for orders shipping to locations outside Denmark.

PAYMENT

When the order is shipped or picked up, we will charge your account. The items are ordered online and can be paid with Visa, Mastercard, or MobilePay.
