Refund policy
We understand the need to return a purchase, so we offer an easy process through our return portal. A return label is 75 kr.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, not connected to the all.u.me app, and in its original box.
Follow this guide for returning your order:
- Buy a return label with your preferred shipping service or use our return portal, and put it on the package.
- Wrap the items and make sure that they are returned in the same condition and the same box as when you received them.
- Drop your package at a relevant pakkeshop.
- Remember to get a receipt on the return shipment. The receipt is your proof of the return.

EXCEPTIONS & NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We cannot accept returns on sale items, subscription periods for the all.u.me app or gift cards.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

WARRANTY
When you shop with us, you have a 2-year warranty. We distinguish between production errors, wear, and maluse, where production errors cover errors in the production of the jewelry. Wear is not covered by the warranty, meaning that the jewelry has been used for longer, and therefore wear is expected. Especially changes in the gold and rhodium plating are viewed as wear.
Maluse of the jewelry covers jewelry that has been exposed to injury due to maluse or abuse of the product.
