We are looking for a passionate, outgoing and energetic full time Social Media Manager to work exclusively with the all.u.me community on Instagram and TikTok.

Your main responsibilities will be:

Content Creation & Management

  • Build the two channels from scratch with a consistent visual baseline and a set of hashtags and tag lines that can be used to link to the community.
  • Create engaging and relevant content tailored for each platform including text, images, videos, and graphics.
  • Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and varied content types.
  • Stay on top of trends in social media marketing and adapt strategies and tactics to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Continuously experiment with different content types, posting times, and strategies to improve results.

Community & Influencer Management

  • Drive and manage ambassador and influencer outreach, among this establish the initial community based on outreach to a target of 100 young people living, working, and studying across different networks in Copenhagen.
  • Implement community best practices to foster positive interactions and protocols for handling negative feedback and issues professionally and diplomatically.
  • Interact with followers, respond to comments, and engage in conversations to build a loyal community.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies to increase the number of followers organically.
  • Utilize contests, giveaways, and other engagement tactics to attract new followers.

Social Media Operations

  • Manage the social media marketing budget effectively, allocating resources for ads, tools, and campaigns.
  • Create and manage paid advertising campaigns to increase brand visibility and attract new followers.
  • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of social media efforts.
  • Monitor and analyse social media performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of the campaigns.
  • Stay updated on algorithm changes and best practices for each platform.

You will refer to our CMO and will be an important part of executing our go-to-market strategy.

Who are we looking for?

If your profile looks like this:

  • Proven track record in cultivating vibrant SoMe profiles with deeply engaged followings on Instagram and impressive reach on TikTok
  • Excellent knowledge of social media tactics, particularly in branding and engagement strategies for Instagram and TikTok
  • Strong content creation skills for these two channels
  • Exceptional skills in grammar and spelling with (near) native proficiency in English. Danish language abilities are also a must when doing content and influencer outreach
  • Spontaneous, driven & creative with a structured approach to content creation and strategy implementation
