With an ultra-compact 1 cm hardware module seamlessly integrated into the jewelry piece, it offers lightweight comfort and remains unnoticeable when worn.

Equipped with Nordic Semiconductors Bluetooth connectivity, the device calls for backup through the all.u.me app.

The tiny 10 mm CR1025 Lithium 3V battery in the jewelry is developed to last over 3 years with regular use without recharging it.

The all.u.me app will notify you in advance before running out of battery.

Delivered in a beautiful jewelry box.

We offer free shipping in Denmark to a selectable pakkeshop for orders of more than 200 kr or free home delivery for orders of more than 750 kr. Orders are generally shipped within 2 days using Bring or DAO, with a delivery time of 1-2 days.

Orders can be picked up daily at all.u.me Studio at Frederiksberg allé 42B st.tv, from 9-16 by appointment.

We ship using GLS, UPS or PostNord to European countries.

We offer extended returns, and you have 30 days right of return. Items must be in their original box and packaging, in an unused condition, and never connected.

Care Instructions

The jewelry is made to be with you 365 days a year. As it's waterproof, you never have to take it off. If you do take it off, store it in your all.u.me jewelry box. Even though the technology is protected by the metal casing, you need to keep it between 0 and 45 degrees Celcius.

When should I call for backup?

You can call for backup in a situation where you feel unsafe or uncomfortable.

It's always better to call for backup as soon as you feel uncomfortable, so you can get backup before the situation potentially escalates. This also makes it easier for a backup to intervene and get you away from the situation.

Some examples could be if you're standing at a bus stop and someone is making you uncomfortable. Or maybe you think someone is following you, and it makes you feel uneasy.

Trust your gut - if something doesn't feel right, you can always use all.u.me to exit the situation in a safe way: with help from backups or on your own using one of the 5D's.

Can I cancel a call for backup?

Yes, you can cancel a call at any time. So no worries if you accidentally start a call!

Is it guaranteed that backups will come when I call?

Unfortunately, as all.u.me is based on volunteering, we can't guarantee that all.u.me app users are always nearby and available to act as backup.

We recommend that you instead try to use the 5Ds yourself - they work just as good this way. Be direct, use the distraction call to fake an exit or ask someone nearby to help you.

Do I need my phone with me?

Yes, you need to have your phone close by for all.u.me to work. The bluetooth range of the jewelry is approximately 5 meters depending on the surroundings.

Will you also notify my family?

No, unless they are in close proximity of where you are.

all.u.me is based on the idea that everyone can and should help, so the ones closest to you are more efficient backups to notify than people related to you, who could be miles away.
